About Waterjet Cutting

From intricate glass shapes to detailed stained glass designs, mirrors, glass ornaments, and more, there’s almost no glass cutting application that a water jet glass cutting system can’t tackle. Both thin and thick glass materials can be cut and detailed with a precise cutting stream. And because water jet cutting does not vibrate the glass, produce heat-affected zones, or leave behind rough edges, almost no secondary finishing is required. In addition, water jet cutting’s ability to generate exact, clean cuts with speed make it an efficient cutting process for the majority of glass cutting applications.

What Waterjet Cutting can do:  

• • Cut glass geometry that common hand cutting cannot achieve

Note: Tempered glass cannot be cut by waterjet.

Programming Design Fee

There is a $30.00 one time charge for programming a single shape in a design.  For example: A rose design has 8 petals. The design fee would be $30.00 per petal for a total one time charge of $240.00.

Quote Requirements

In order for us to provide as accurate a quote as possible, consider the below requirements when sending a design in for a quote.

• • Maximum Glass Sheet Size is 24” x 24”
• • Minimum Glass Sheet Size is 6” x 6”
• • Design Graphic File – .PDF, .jpg, .dxf, or .dwg preferred.  We also accept full size line drawings mailed to us.
• • Customer must provide the exact size in inches or decimal equivalent for each shape to be quoted.
• • Customer must provide the glass manufacture and number of the desired glass for a shape or design.  The cost of glass will be included in the quote.  We will not quote a shape without the glass color and manufacture supplied with the design.
• • We will have the quote back to you within 3 to 5 business after receipt of the required information for the quote.

Delivery/Payment

• • Customer pays for shipping.  We use the cheapest method to ship to you.
• • After the quote has been accepted, delivery will be approximately 2 – 3 weeks. 
• • Payment is due at the time of shipping.
• • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
